Job Description
As a Meeting Coordinator at Civility Management Solutions, you will be responsible for coordinating and organizing meetings, conferences, and events to ensure they run smoothly and successfully. Your attention to detail and strong organizational skills will be crucial in managing all aspects of the event planning process.
In this role, you will work closely with clients to understand their needs and objectives, and then develop and execute comprehensive event plans that meet and exceed their expectations. You will be the main point of contact for all event-related inquiries and will be responsible for ensuring that all logistical arrangements are in place.

The Meeting Coordinator will be expected to provide logistical support to assigned events either as a lead or as a back-up to the Senior Meeting Planner. The Meeting Coordinator will also review event requirements and schedule intake meetings with Event Owners to go over event logistics.
The candidate must be able to work evenings and weekends as needed; and available for travel as needed. Travel up to 20%. The position is hybrid with two days in the Greenbelt office.
